| I have been suffering from reflux for approx 20 years. I have been on medication - mainly on raniditine and pantroprozole, and these have helped slightly. However, the best thing I have found is Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. I take approx 1 teaspoon of this in a large glass of water 3-4 times a day - just sipping - not drinking all at once. This seems to help better than the prescribed medication. Also I need to avoid cucumbers, citrus fruits, coffee, choclate, onions, red peppers and spicy foods. Also alcohol (particularly dry white wine) aggrevates the situation. And keeping off cigarettes helps. |

| Hi Maru, good for you if you've found that apple cider vinegar helps with your GERD. Are you using it while taking meds? |

| Still taking pantoprozole, but don't need to take raniditine. I am hoping to stop pantoprazole soon.The diluted drink stops hearburn and the burning sensation in throat, building up of the acid and also I find my food stays down better (I can now tie my shoe laces just after I have eaten - this was not possible before). |

| Jännä nimi, tuo Maru. Kuullostaa japanilaiselta. Piti varmaan olla Mary, mutta yksi kirjain meni pieleen. Iki-epäluuloinen Sitrus pitää tätäkin kontribuutiota mainoksena. Sitä vastaan tosin puhuisi se, että "Maru" ei mainitse tuotteen valmistajaa. Niitä kun on useita. |

| Mua ihmetytti tuo myös, sillä en vaan jotenkaan jaksa uskoa että näihin ( tai juuri muihinkaan sairauksiin ) olisi olemassa joku luonnontuote joka lopettaa vaivat kokonaan. Jos niin olisi, taatusti siitä olisi joku täällä jo kuullut. Maru, tell us more how you think that it is this Organic Apple Cider Vinegar that helps you? What brand is it and where do you buy it? How long have you used it? Along with meds I asume? |
